Terms of service
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms apply when a restaurant signs up for and uses Menuara. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Menuara lets restaurants publish a digital menu, receive orders and service requests from tables, and manage their menu, staff and reports. Features depend on the plan.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and give staff accounts only to people who work for you. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Free trial
New restaurants get a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial the menu goes offline for guests until a plan is paid. Your data stays saved.
Plans and payment
Plans are paid in advance for one month or one year, by bank transfer or BenefitPay, against an invoice from Menuara. There are no automatic charges. A plan starts when payment is confirmed or when the current period ends, whichever is later.
If a period ends unpaid, the menu stays online for 3 more days and then goes offline for guests until payment is received. Prices are shown in Bahraini dinar and may exclude VAT. We’ll tell you before prices change; changes apply from your next invoice.
Your menu and content
You own your menu, photos and brand. You give Menuara permission to host and display them to run the service. You are responsible for keeping dish names, prices, allergens and other information accurate and lawful. AI features can make mistakes, so check anything they produce before publishing.
Orders and guest payments
Orders and requests go directly to your restaurant. Menuara doesn’t take payments from guests and isn’t a party to the sale between you and your guests.
Fair use
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other restaurants’ data, no interference with the service, and no reselling it without our agreement.
Availability
We work to keep Menuara available and secure, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may update features over time.
Ending the service
You can stop using Menuara at any time by not renewing. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or leaves invoices unpaid.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Menuara isn’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
